Wishlist: All of the Pastels

Dress shopping is taking over my life.  Seriously.  For the last 6 months or so I've constantly been on the lookout for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in September, and so far the search has been fruitless.  We have found a few "possibles", but haven't settled on definites yet, and I'm starting to tire of visiting ASOS and desperately loading up the New In section.

Our theme is mixed pastels and I've got my heart set on my two bridesmaids being in similar style dresses, but in different colours.  That's harder to find than originally thought, especially on the high street.  We could easily get dresses from bridesmaid retailers, in fact the girls tried on beauuuutiful dresses when we were at bridal appointments but upon discovering that they cost upwards of £250 each (!), we quickly decided that we'd stick to the high street/online.

As I've been on the search for a while I have bookmarked a crazy number of dresses and have found some really stunning outfits that are just not quite right for one reason or another.  I thought I'd share some of my "nice but no" dresses with you lot so it doesn't quite feel like I've wasted many hours of my life for no reason.

I would love to buy a few of these for myself - especially the lace coral 50's style Chi-Chi number, oooh mama - but apart from my own wedding, I don't have any events to go to this year so can't quite justify buying a pretty dress "just because".  Quick, someone invite me to something!  Hahaha.
