My mum got me this burger press for Christmas that I still hadn't got around to using yet, so the other night I found a nice quick and easy (and low fat!) recipe for Spicy Turkey Burgers and decided to give it a go.
Ingredients (serves 3)
600g Turkey mince
4 spring onions
1.5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
Chop the spring onions and add to a bowl with the mince, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and season well with salt and pepper. Mix them all together so it looks like this....

Next, shape into 6 burgers - if like me you have a burger press then you can do this without getting your hands dirty.
Now place under a preheated grill for around 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
I then served mine in ridiculously huge burger buns with some not so healthy (and lazy) oven chips - but I'm sure you could do better!
